Fixed Orthodontic Treatment
It consists of the most common treatment with brackets (braces), wires, and elastics used to exert the correct amount of force needed to move the teeth to the desired positions.
Metal brackets
We use only high-quality imported brackets approved by the Orthodontic Society, and these steel brackets are visibly present in the mouth, making them the most commonly used type. These have a minor disadvantage in some patients prone to oral ulcers, at least for the initial period of treatment.
Ceramic brackets
To overcome the disadvantage of metal brackets, these can be used. Ceramic brackets are translucent materials and are less obvious in the mouth. Also, they are more comfortable to use and are much less prone to cause oral ulceration.
Self-litigating brackets
For conventional orthodontic treatment, you need to visit us every month, which could be cumbersome for patients who come from faraway places. Therefore, we have a solution in the form of these special bracket systems, which exert force constantly over a few months, and you need to visit us only once in a few months ( generally three months), thus saving you precious time.
Myofunctional Appliances
